Unable to arrange a new delivery date

Hi there,

I’ve signed up for VM today and don’t have access to the property I’ve ordered for until a specific date later in the month.  I spoke with customer services who said they’d be able to either redirect the equipment to my current address or select for CollectPlus as I have no idea what time we’ll get the keys.

Unfortunately, although the guys on the phone were very nice, I’m not sure they’ve been successful.

Would someone be able to have a look for me, please - happy to DM details, etc.

I'm so sorry for the confusion regarding your delivery. Can I just check first, did the agents set up a collection+ delivery?

 

If so did they give you the address of the collection point?

Thanks for getting back to me.  No, it doesn’t look like anything has changed.  It’s still set to go to the new property.

If you can help change this to a Collect Plus delivery, that would be excellent.  It’s what I would have chosen in the first instance, but it wasn’t offered online.
