Unable to access account

I’ve tried to view my bills online this morning and I get the following message 

“You don’t have access to billing information. Only the main account holder can view billing info”

I am the main account holder and as far as I’m aware I haven’t changed anything. Also there is something about a secondary account.

How is this resolved please.

After 45 minutes on the phone the problem seems to be resolved.
