Ultimate volt + current o2

Hi all. 

I was on an oomph bundle boosted with my o2 account and my contract was running out, so I rang to see what I could get rather than cancelling I was paying 45.50 going to 65. I currently pay 68 for my o2 contract and as the ultimate volt bundle had a sim in with the deal I asked about adding to my o2 account to this instead of getting the sim and was told that would be fine but at a cost of £25 total cost of £94.

But now I'm being told my bill to virgin is 94 and my o2 unchanged even after I was told it would include my o2 bill too
