Ultimate oomph contract ending

Hi,

Hoping to get some guidance/info.  My Ultimate Oomph contract ends on 18th Feb 22, I understand that Oomph no longer exists and it has been replaced by Ultimate Volt.  My question is can I upgrade to Volt, or should I simply apply for a new Volt contract to start when my Oomph one ends?  Also how soon can I do that given my end date of 18th Feb?

Hi @Bingohomer 

You can call 150 from your VM landline and speak to either regrades or retentions (thinking of leaving us)

I suggest using the Retentions option. They are generally based in the UK, and have a greater degree of knowledge and flexibility, along with a larger range of discounts than the front line agents. Hopefully you can negotiate a deal with them that's suitable to your pocket and needs in exchange for a new contract.

The actual prices can vary on a day to day basis, if you are happy with the price quoted then accept it as it may not be available again.  However if you aren't happy with the price offered then phone again.
