Ultimate Volt bundle billing.

Hello,

I set up my new contract for virgin last mont, upgrading from the ultimate Oomph package to the Ultimate volt. Within this deal it includes an O2 sim, grand total of the package coming to £89 a month. However, I’ve gotten a separate bill from O2 for £25 as well as £121.60 to VM itself. (89 for the package, 35 set up and 1.60 package change.) I just want to know why I’ve paid out £149.60 when for the first month I was under the impression I would be paying £ 121.60 and £89 from there forth for the whole package? Is there someone that would be able to assist me in understand my bill and if this is a continuous thing.

A warm welcome and thanks for posting on our community forums. Sorry for any confusion caused over your new package deal, it can be confusing as we bill separately for Virgin media services and your O2 sim.

We are sorry that you were under the impression that the total bill would be £89 per month. This will not be the case and you will pay an additional £25 a month to O2 on top if this charge.
