I am desperately trying to resolve a billing issue. VM misinformed me about closing my account in order to move to a new address. I could not take my account with me as there is no cable service at new address. Due to a mistake, a final bill went unpaid, was passed to debt collection agencies, and has decimated my credit score from 999 to 600.
Virgin Media is the only negative on my credit score. If I settle this account are VM able to amend the credit score? Is that something that is possible?
