Hello, I have made a new virgin account under the same email address when I moved house, however when I click myvirgin it still shows the old account, I have tried changing the address and looking on the forum but its not working, this is extremely frustrating

I am very sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your new online account, we will be able to help.
When moving home, your online details would need to be transferred over in order to view your new details.
We can do this from here but we will need to confirm a few details via private message which I will pop over to the purple envelope on the top right of this page.
