Two accounts on one email

Hi,

 

I have the exact same problem as described here, however when I follow the link given to change email it simply takes me to the My Virgin Media page.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome,

Sorry to hear you are having issues setting up an online account due to the email already being registered to another account, if you have moved the account would change and if the Email was attached to the previous you would need to use a different one for the initial set up however once set up you can change the username to the preferred email within your online account settings?
