Trying to set up online account - password not accepted

Trying to set up my online account for billing etc, entered lots of different passwords but none of them seem to work for me?! If someone could help me set up account that would be very helpful

Hi Johnwilly, welcome to the community forum! Thanks for posting. 

Sorry to hear you have been difficulties getting set up with your online account. 

There are a few different things which can cause issues when setting up a new online account:

1) If the email address you are registering with is associated with a former account. - We can fix this, we would need to send you a PM to confirm a few details and get the email address moved over to the new account. 

Please do be aware an email address can only be linked to one My Virgin Media account. 

2) You are still awaiting installation of your services. If you have never had services with us before, sometimes it takes until you are installed and active before you gain access to the online account. 

3) There is an unknown of error on the site we need to be aware of. 

If you can please let us know if you are using an email associated with a former account, or are awaiting the installation of your services. We can then offer further support and will send you a PM.

Hi, I have registered for a virgin account in another country, however i have not associated my new virgin subscription with this account. Maybe there is an error on the website.

Just to confirm, is the E-Mail address your using associated with any current or past Virgin Media accounts?

It's associated with a virgin account in Ireland but not in the uk
