Trying to cancel an add on channel

Good afternoon!

In November I wrote to Virgin asking to give 30 days notice to cancel an add on channel, which it said I could do.

I received a letter back saying they were looking into it, and would let me know!

I've heard nothing since, and am still being billed and we're now in March!

Trying to get through on the phone is difficult, so is there any other way?
