Transfer of Responsibility

Hi, I have sent all necessary details for the broadband account transfer to Virgin on 3/5/19 and still had no response. How do I check if this is being processed? It's been almost two weeks and I had no confirmation from Virgin they are processing this request. 

Account is currently in my brother's name and he is moving out, in addition the monthly cost has almost doubled after 12 months so I need this transferred to myself ASAP - so I can cancel or negotiate the price. I cannot afford to wait this long and I will soon be forced to ask my brother to cancel the account altogether.   

Any advice would be much appreciated!

Welcome to the Community.

 

We aim to have the account transferred over within 10 days of receiving the request but sometime it can take little longer. 

 

I would like to take a look in to your account if that's okay? I will send you a private message which will appear in the purple envelope at the top right of the page.
