Tracking complaints empty

Hi,

I raised a complaint via the web form while logged in yesterday, I got an automated response with a code "C-040221579". I could see it on the My cases page yesterday "https://my.virginmedia.com/my-cases/view" - however today it is gone!

Has my complaint just been deleted, how can I track it now?

I have raised another complaint, about my original complaint disappearing with no response, this new complaint now appears on the track my cases page. Let's see what happens with this one!

If i now refresh the track my complaints page - this one is now gone!

there is clearly an error with the my cases view page! please fix it!

Thank you for your post. 

 

I have taken a look over things, The first complaint raised is open and is still there. The second complaint has been closed as resolved due to it being a duplicate complaint. 

 

I will feed back about not being able to see the complaint on your cases page.
