Thought my DD was set up

 It would be good to speak to actual person, if that's impossible, then at least online chat. I don't want to pay my bill through automated service until I speak to someone first. And I cannot see any way of contacting you guys. Are you all robots or something?

We can double check if a Direct Debit is set up for you if you like although if it's not, we're not able to set it up.
