I'm thinking of leaving Virgin Media for cheaper broadband elsewhere. I am told it is useful to phone to discuss this as sometimes discounts can be offered but I have tried four times and have been cut off twice, told that nobody was available a once and kept waiting for such an interminable time once that I just gave it.
Can anybody from Virgin Media on this message board help me to have this conversation in a way that doesn't sap my valuable time? At this rate, I'm going to end up leaving because it's easier than getting through to someone from Virgin on the phone.
