The e-mail address linked to my old account cannot register for my new account

I wanted to connect virgin media internet before, but I had to cancel it because there was no infrastructure on my street. An account was created, I registered with my e-mail address. Then I had to cancel the virgin media connection. Now I am connected to virgin media internet again, but now I can't register, I can't manage my account. My old account information is coming out. My e-mail address has not been deleted even after 90 days, please help

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.

I am having a similar issue, I am not getting a verification email, I have checked spam and everything.The email is definitely spelled correctly.
