Iv been with virgin media since we moved in to our property,we have NEVER paid late, always been a loyal customer,but now my kids Xmas was ruined with no broadband over Xmas,it was useless yet you still expect us to pay,will you pay my poor kids dayy u ruined,owwww B.T.W still not fixed an no call to me, disgusting absolute disgrace my account is

What were the specific issues that you have experienced?
For a 'total loss of service' (phone or broadband) you might be entitled to compensation under the OFCOM scheme
with updated rates here
depending on what the problems were and how long they lasted for.
Are you still experiencing problems with your connection?

Welcome to the community forums.
Sorry to hear that you're having broadband issues at this time. I have checked the systems at our side an can't see any immediate issues that might be causing total loss of service.
Can you elaborate on the concerns you have? Do you notice these issues on devices connected to WiFi only or does this also affect you wired devices?
