Tech Hub never arrived

Hi,

I submitted an order on the 20th Oct for delivery on 24th Oct, and my tech hub simply never arrived. When I investigated, I realised I never received a confirmation or tracking email either. Since I didn't get any of these, I don't have an account number or know my landline number to be able contact support to receive help. What do I do? Should I submit a new order?

To be precise:
-Received my pre-contract information and order summary
-Did not receive a welcome email or delivery information
-Can't sign in/log in to My Virgin Media as my email address I used to sign-up isn't recognised and I don't have an account number or area reference number yet
-Can't speak with customer service since you need a phone number or account number to do so

I work from home, so this is pretty urgent!
