So, yet again Virgin media fail with their own feedback survey which I duly filled in and what happens when I submit it I get the activation blah blah blah mismatch garbage. Don't ask me to do another of your feedback service surveys. For each one I receive I will invoice Virgin Media for £100 to be paid within 28 days of submission or CCJ's will be issued for every infringement.

neither is it much use when you diligently complete the survey and then it throws up another stupid fault and it won't accept it
