Switch to paper bills

Need to switch to paper billing now for my virgin media broadband since I need it for proof of address 😞 a lot of companies dont accept e-bills unfortunately.. been looking for the option to switch but can't find it anywhere. anyone can help me?

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to see you have been unable to switch to a paper bill from E-billing, this is something I can help with however this will cost you £1.75 per month for the paper bill, you can at any time revert back if preferred.
