Suspended account, now no internet

shaynemawer
On our wavelength

Hi, wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue.

Due to a payment oversight, had my account suspended (no tv or internet). So paid the amount due early yesterday morning and left for work.

Came home and the services were still suspended, so spoke in online chat and the operator then said everything should be working again. The tv returned, bit since then I have had no internet.

Operator said that all services been resumed but tor some reason am not sure, everything was working perfectly before the suspension.

Tried a few things as suggested but apparently now need to speak with technical department.

Thank you for coming back to us @shaynemawer

Are you able to let us know when you are rebooting the hub, is this via the pinhole on the back of the hub?

Kind regards,

Zak_M

Hi shaynemawer,

Thanks for posting, and sorry to hear there is an issues with your services.

I've been able to locate your account using your forum details and have send a hit to the equipment.

Can you confirm if there is any change?

Alex_Rm

Thank you, am at work at minute. But will check later on and post the outcome.

No worries, thank you 🙂

Keep me posted.

Hi, just checked on my dinner break and still no internet.

I rebooted the superhub 3 and again nothing.

I can connect to wifi but my phone says "connected but no internet connection"

I've tried moving the superhub and using the same cable that is supplying my tv box (which is working fine), but again no internet.

Sorry to hear that shaynemawer

Was the TV service working okay with no error message on the screen

Gareth_L

Yes, after the suspension was lifted. The tv has been working fine with no error messages. That's why I decided to use that cable on the superhub, just to make sure it wasnt a cable issue.

Thanks for replying shaynemawer

If you are still home now or when you get back home

Try a pinhole reset on the back of the hub

Just keep it pressed in for at least 30 seconds

Am back at work now, but tried that last night.

Can you please try again and lest us know

Its strange how its not come back on shaynemawer
