Still not received my refund

So I left virgin media due to having to move to an area that doesn't have the cables set up. I rang up and spoke to people several times about this "refund" of about £63 I was meant to be getting, I spoke to a guy about sending it to my current address and said he put a request in. It has been nearly 2 months since I've cancelled and had these conversations and still nitnreceinot my refund! What's going on

So it has been three weeks and I STILL haven't received my refund? Is it lost? I have given my new address and it hasn't arrived! Any help would be appreciated!
