Starting new service potentially before previous one expires?

My partner and I have split, she has cancelled the account but won't tell me the exact termination date. I know she has only had to give 30 days notice so I have a rough idea of the date/week.

I have since ordered a service in my name and the kit is due late next week. Any kit under her name will have already been removed by the delivery date and I am sure she has requested that the returns box be sent to another address.

Will I be able to just install my kit and have it go live or am I going to have a bit of trouble with potentially overlapping dates?

Thanks for posting in regards to your recent change in circumstances and setting up of your account, we appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums.

 

As it is a new account, there shouldn't be any issues with requesting the activation of the services once all of the equipment has been received and set up. If you have any issues let us know and we'll be happy to take a look 🙂
