Special online credit not applied

Hi team,

When I signed up, my welcome email shows 2 discounts (one for £50 and the other for £20) neither of which seem to have been applied to my first bill. Is it possible to take a look at this please?

Welcome to the community 😄

It's great to hear you have the original email showing the discounts. Keep that to hand. 

When the forum team get to this for you (They usually operate on reduced hours over Easter as do most teams at VM, so they may be a few days) they will private message once they reply on this thread so they can take specific info from you to confirm your account. 

They will need a screenshot of the original email confirming the offer to have that ready and then it's a straightforward thing for this to be requested and updated for you.
