I've just subscribed to a new virginmedia service (new property) and I used a "+" in my email address when i registered. So I'm stuck in a loop, where i can't confirm the username and if I try to register using a normal email address, the system tells me that my account has already been registered with the long email address (with the +)
is there someone in this team who can unstick me?

Sorry to hear you're having issues with confirming your username. Can you confirm if this is the same username you have used previously on an older account with us?

Hey Carley,
This is a new virgin media (broadband) account and a new online "my virgin media" account.
This email address has never been used before.
