now heres a suggestion - its thinking outside the box - just assume the message did not get there and send another - that way you dont have to wait and you can move forward without waiting

I received a private message last week but the issue has not been resolved by virgin media customer retentions. I should  have received an email to say I have cancelled so that I might get a better solution offered but so far I just receive non agreed contracts.
