So difficult to leave virgin media, phoned three times. Stillno notice of cancellation. Virgin media your customer service is rubbish. Advise needed how to get virgin media to cancel your services. So frustrating

Dial 150 from your home phone line, options 1,1,1,4,4 for thinking of leaving.

call between 8-9 am and you should get straight through to the uk call center and they should help

or you can write to their sunderland address recorded delivery, apparently that works well

It's a shame to hear that you're looking to cancel and leave us. May I ask why? Along with this, can you clarify what you mean by "notice of cancellation"? If you've already arranged a cancellation request then you wouldn't receive an email to confirm this I'm afraid.
