Sky cinema and paramount +

I have just purchased the offer of sky cinema package that clearly states paramount + included at no cost.. the sky cinema package has been updated on my account but no mention of paramount plus. I've tried speaking to the call centre who state paramount + has not even been launched with virgin yet.. how can you sell.a package including something that does NOT YET exist or am I missing something......
