Sky cinema 12 month offer

I received an offer of 12 months free sky cinema by email and signed up on 22nd feb.

I received a confirmation email that advised I would receive an email when it’s been added to my package but I still haven’t heard back. Anyone else having the same issue?

No it wasn’t resolved, I am presuming they sent the offer in error and not honouring it
