Hi yet again , I am unable to sign into my media account , password is correct and so is address , tried to reset my password as well , but after I have typed in new password in first box , it says invalid despite being 8 characters long , so blocked on that , any ideas please .

Sorry to hear that you've been facing issues logging into the self-care account.
Can you please confirm if you've been able to try logging into this service via an alternative browser, or after clearing cache on the browser you're using?
