Signed up on Saturday, but not received any emails at all but a direct debit has been set up.

Can anyone advise me at all. I signed up Saturday but havent received a single email from you at all. Yet my son who signed up on Sunday has received multiple ones from you. I want to check the email address you have is correct but of course, nobody responds to messages or calls, actually debating on whether I should just cancel it.
