I signed up last week for a further 18 months of Ultimate Volt but my contract details online haven't been updated, which I was told would happen within five working days. How do I check that my new deal is still going through? I'm out of contract in less than a month.

Thankyou for your post. Sorry to hear that the new contract is not showing online yet.
I can take a look at this and see what has happened.
Have you had the new Ultimate Volt deal applied now?
We do also send a copy by email, which may have gone into your junk folders.
