All I want to do is verify my email address to complete by account sign up for my new fibre contract. I received one email verification code which after clicking on it within an hour of receiving it said it had timed out. Clicked the button to request another and I have received nothing (its not in junk or spam). When I rang customer service line last week they said they'd raise a ticket with IT ... again nothing received and no progress made. Surely this should be an easy process?!?!?
Can someone help please
