What a nightmare. Need someone from Virgin with common sense to help. Cant remember my password or email address. Partly due to Virgin getting our name wrong, Wind instead of Wing. No matter what I do this problem of signing in cannot be resolved. Tried for an hour on support but couldn't do anything as couldn't remember email address. Tried to reregister and when putting an email address I know, which includes our real name it states will have to contact Shirley Wind. Just going round in circles. Virgin promised to send a letter to sort it but never did. HOW CAN I EVER SORT THIS OUT?
