On original contract it stated: If you end your service(s) before 10th October
2023 you may have to pay an Early Disconnection
Fee, please click here for details.

Since house move:

If you end your service(s) before 26th December

2023 you may have to pay an Early Disconnection
Fee, please click here for details.

A new contract wasn't taken out, why had this date changed?

Hi @Lostan

Providing you didn't change anything in yuor package as part of the home move then the original contract will continue.

The move house team usually manually update the new acccount to reflect this - for some reason VM's systems don't do it automatically.

You can either call in and speak to the Home Move team again, or wait a few days for a member of the Forum Team to pick this up and see if they can help.

Hi @Lostan,

Welcome back to our Community Forums and thanks for your post.

If you've moved, your original contract would continue- the only time anything would change is if you've made any changes to your package.

We're unable to amend your contract here so if you do give the team a call on 0345 454 1111, they'll take a closer look into this for you.

Let us know how you get on.
