Hi All!
I recently changed my package and was persuaded to turn off the paperstatments and save the £1.75 a month. All good there. I was told where to go on the Virgin Media website to turn it off. I was told I'd receive these by email.
I have not received an emails with my Virgin Media bill (I receive this with Virgin Mobile fine) and now the next bill is out and the last payment is overdue.
Can someone please help me with how I set up to receive my bills by email?

Could you please follow these steps:
You'll then be set up to receive your monthly bills to the email address of your choice.
