When I click ‘set up secondary account holder’ under the ‘Help and Support’ section, it just takes me to the
page, and from there, I cannot add a secondary account holder. My partner and I both want our names on the account so we can both deal with the account, call up for problems etc, but seemingly isn’t very easy….
How can I actually do this other than calling up to spend 40 minutes on hold?

Welcome to the Community and thank you for posting.
I am afraid we do not offer joint accounts here but if your partner wishes to call on your behalf as a third party, this will be perfectly fine as long as they are able to confirm the security information requested.
A note can also be added to the account to list your partner as a known third party.
