Set up account with incorrect email

Hi, I've set up my account with the wrong email. Used co.uk instead of Com. Now it wont allow me to set up the account again. Called today and was told to await until my services was live but keep receiving emails advising I should set up the account. Any chance i can rectify this

I am so sorry to hear that you have faced this issue with signing up but we can resolve this for you once you are installed. 

 

I'm so sorry but we will need you to wait until your services are live, but once they are pop us a message back here and we will help you change the email address.

 

I'm assuming as you have received emails from us your contact email is correct but just to confirm have you had your contract etc from us all OK?
