I have moved house to an area not covered by VM and have sent my router back to you in the bags you provided, this was approx 1 week ago. I have been sent messages to say it hasn't arrived, what is happening?

Please remove any personal details you've put on a public post.

It can take upto 2 weeks for us to receive the items, scan in and allocate to the right account.
