I signed up to Virgin broadband and was told my router would arrive on the 26th. Virgin text me in the 25th telling me yodel would contact me with a time slot….. there was no word from yodel.
I called virgin who said they needed to pass me to the pre-installation team, who then told me they couldn’t help and passed me on to yodel who’s automated system hung up on me as I don’t have a tracking number.
can someone from virgin please either resend a router or find out what has happened to the original one please?

Iam in a similar situation. I chose collect plus and my final day for collection is the 6th (tomorrow) and my router still hasn't been dispatched.

No still no tracking number. I've called the sales team and I think they're going to try to have it resolved today.
