Hi I cancelled my contract as I moved to a non virgin area but lost the letter they sent with the returns pack. I called customer service about 4 times and they were about as helpful as chocolate teapot. The last person I spoke to said they couldn’t just send me a label by email they had to send me the whole kit again. This seems absolutely absurd to me and a waste of resources. When all I need is the returns label.
can anyone help without having to cut some poor tree down to do it
