I am all arranged to have Virgin Media disconnected today.
What should I do with equipment, help is not clear. Presume this is some type of ruse to make some final money out of me if I fail to return equipment.
Just need a number email to call.
Why can't VM make even this simple.
Could a team member advise.

Hi @Ayesha11
Welcome back to the community. Sorry to hear that you're leaving us and are unsure on what to do with your equipment.
We will send pre-paid packaging to the service address (unless specified and arranged otherwise) which you should receive around 10 days after your disconnection date for any equipment we have requested to be returned.
You can, if you prefer, print your own returns label or order your own pre-paid packaging here if needed. There is also more information on the equipment returns process.
There are charges for unreturned equipment, these charges are placed on the account after 30 days of your disconnection date.
