Returning kit. TV box.

I know TV is already disconnected and BB is going off in August I'm told.

How do I return this equipment?

I thought I would receive a box to return the TV stuff already but that hasnt happened.

Because V6 was faulty it hasn't been connected to my TV for about two months so I don't need this  sitting around and I am scared I will be billed for it.

Thanks in advance.

Try the two links below for further info about what to return and how to return it (VM have been requesting the return of 2ac hubs recently due to hub shortages)

Not being able to actually getting hold of the packaging does crop on the forums regularly as an issue.

If you return the equipment via CollectPlus, keep hold of your receipt and tracking number very carefully. That is your proof you have sent the kit back.

If a VM tech collects your equipment, make a note of date/time it was collected and the tech's ID badge no. or vehicle reg. There have been past topics about equipment which has actually been returned taking a long time to be checked back in with VM, resulting in former customers getting return demands and warnings about being charged, even though the equipment had actually been sent back.

Thanks very much.

I followed the links and requested a prepaid envelope thing to be sent out.
