Returning equipment

I recently returned my virgin media equipment but keep getting texts and emails asking to return the equipment or i will be charged. I have posted the equipment off and have the reciept but no way of contacting anyone to confirm it has been received.

What can i do to avoid charges? Any help will be appreciated.

I have the same issue, though I returned my equipment to a shop about a month ago.

I had the first message from them last week. I went through the complaints procedure, because that's was the only way I could see to let them know the error, without calling customer support. I have had no response to that, apart from a auto-generated email, and another demand to return equipment they already have.

I don't want to suffer the customer support, again, because of their error.

I have receipts. I listed the numbers to the complaint, so I guess they haven't read it yet.

When did you send the equipment back to us? I ask because there can be a delay with us receiving it and updating our systems. 

 

Do you have proof of delivery and are you able to track the delivery?
