Returning a Stream Box

I've been asked to return my previous Stream box after cancelling then reactivating the service. I have been sent a CollectPlus returns label but there is no CollectPlus facility in my town. I can't see how to organise a collection from their website and the Post Office won't take it.

You might find a local Collect Plus using both of the links below. 

When checking my location one link informs me there are no stores, the other lists around twenty, 7 of which are fairly local to myself.

Thanks but as I don't have a car, I wanted to walk to a location to return it, as I do with Amazon and other parcel returns. Do Virgin offer a collection service or alterative drop off locations?
