Returning Equipment

I moved house to another part of the country which didn't have Virgin and knew I would have to return the equipment. I have it all packaged and labelled to do so but have no idea where to take it. I know they don't do 'pick ups' from here (Aberdeen) so where do I take it? The collectplus website was no help.

Hi Tom,

I tried entering Aberdeen and a few other towns in http://www.collectplus.co.uk/find-a-store and kept seeing the message no results found.

However, this one worked for me so fingers crossed it will work for you
