I ended my contract on the 3rd July and now have to return the equipment. The bag only arrived last Tuesday after I called about 5 times to finally get one delivered. I have been sent a message and an email on Thursday saying if I don't return it within 9 days I will be charged. Is this right? Surely the time starts when I receive the bag, before then I am unable to send it back.
I also have not received my cheque for the refund and wonder when this will arrive.

All refunds following a cancellation are sent via cheque 35 days from the disconnection date. Was the service fully disconnected on the 3rd July? If so, we would expect you to receive any refund due within the next two weeks.
