Hi All,

Just received our new V360 boxes to replace our V6 (main) and TiVo 500gb (Bedroom) boxes.  

the box that we’re to use to return won’t allow the Tivo to be placed inside, unless I remove all of the cardboard packing (although both units would probably rattle around in there).  Is this sufficient, or do I need to source a further box and pay for the return?  If the latter, do I get reimbursed?

Failing that, the return site does indicate that the TiVo isn’t on the list of returns and so automatically should be recycled.  Should I then send the old V6 back in the box and recycle the TiVo?

VM do not want the tivo back. They only want the V6 box back

Thanks for this - it’d appreciated.

I have seen another post, though, that contributors were of the same option, yet a Mod landed and said to return the unit.

Is there anything official to confirm this, do you know?

That says return Hub3, V6 and boosters or recycle the rest.
Admitting that is outdated as if you follow that you'd recycle 360 boxes and hub4.

But it still valid they won't want Hubs1,2 or Tivos back

@ModTeam you might want to get that page updated before you lose loads of 260 boxes, Hub4 and new wifi mesh
