I no lnger have a TV package with Virgin. I was told to dispose of my old TV box which I have done. You are also asking for the wifi booster but I still have virgin media internet which will not work unless I use the booster. I am constantly getting emails and text messages asking me to return these items even though you told me you did not want my old tivo box as it was so old. I have just received another email and text today saying this is my last chance to return these items or you will charge my account. I would like this sorted now as I am tired of getting these texts and emails and when this is rectified I would like this put in writing.
