Today I went through retention as I could buy a cheaper package with BT. I was offered a good reduction £1 cheaper than BT so decided to renew with Virgin. To my shock I have reviewed my new contract which says my bill is now £9 more per month than  BT. I have tried to use all the ways to 'contact us' which all lead to a dead end or the site says 'Oops sorry something went wrong'. It's not out of hours so I will have to call again tomorrow. Has anyone else experienced this? How can I prove the price that was agreed with the agent?

Plenty of examples of this recently across the forums as customers deal with the price rise notifications.

Can't give you an explanation but you are not alone in this regard.
