So, Virgin for some stupid reason I decided to switch to virgin Media. They were supposed to install my Broadband today but called me at 7:30pm telling me they can’t do it and new new installation date was 2 weeks time. They didn’t have a reason. So 3 hours of various calls, being cut off I have got nowhere. They left it too late in telling me to extend my current provider. It is simply not an option to not have internet for 2 weeks. I need to work and my daughter is studying for her GCSEs and is seriously stressed out that after today she can’t get on line. Anyone have advise on what I can do please? BTW our mobile phone provider is useless wheee I live so i use WiFi calling so will lose phone as well because of this. I couldn’t care less about their compensation. Virgin are hopeless, nobody can help me.
